TPAN has been helping people living with HIV and at-risk populations for more than 30 years. Our care and support are not limited to HIV. Our broad range of services includes a food pantry, mental health care, housing services, substance abuse treatment, group support, health education, and a drop-in center for vulnerable LGBTQ+ young people. No one who walks through our doors is turned away from receiving assistance. Most of the people who access our services are LGBTQ+ individuals or people of color, who are among the most affected by HIV in Chicago. We also publish a national health and education news magazine, Positively Aware.
With your support, we can provide high-quality, equitable care and resources to promote health and well-being for people living with and vulnerable to HIV.
Through your tax-deductible donation, you will ensure that people in our community have free access to our services, reduce the stigma around HIV/AIDS, and honor those who have passed away due to AIDS-related causes.
By making your gift a monthly gift, you can help us accomplish even more. Monthly donors automatically become part of the TPAN Legacy Circle and receive a special thank you gift.
