TPAN is a critical safety-net provider of healthcare and supportive services during the COVID-19 crisis and throughout the year. With your help, we safeguard the health and well-being of hundreds of individuals and families affected by HIV. We care for everyone who turns to us, no matter their diagnosis or disposition, identity or condition, their past, or their present. 

We’re positive that we can count on you, for the many more who count on us. We’re doing more and serving our clients in new ways, because our community needs us now more than ever. Will you chip in to help us continue to provide lifesaving care? 

Our thoughtfully designed programming and service connections make us a leader in care and education, across Chicago and throughout the country. We provide everything from mental health counseling to primary medical care to help clients work toward brighter futures. We help create more glory days in our clients’ golden years with Positively Aging and provide a helping hand from four-legged companions through Paws n’ Effect. And our one-of-a-kind drop-in space for youth provides opportunities to do laundry, use a computer, connect to services and sometimes simply have a safe haven from homelessness and life’s challenges. 

This work isn’t always easy, and that’s why we do it. Over the years, we’ve done a lot with a little but can only stretch so far.  For each person we serve, too many more are still left out. So, now, will you help us rise higher and reach deeper?
