Your privacy is important to us. TPA Network (TPAN) will not release or sell any of your personal information without your prior consent.

What information do we collect?
We may collect contact information, including address, email and phone number when you subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, register for an event, subscribe to Positively Aware, fill out a form or donate both online and in person.

When ordering, donating, or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.

What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in the following ways:

  • To improve our website. We continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.

  • To improve the donor/patron experience. The information you provide helps us more effectively respond to your requests and support needs.

  • To process transactions. Information you provide, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the service requested.

  • To send periodic emails.  The email address you provide for order processing will be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order or contribution.
    To mail copies of Positively Aware magazine.

Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of the information you share with us.

We use a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted. To best protect you and the information you share with us, we adhere to the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, contact info, etc.) will be kept on file in order to follow up future transactions and/or discrepancies.

Do we use tracking cookies?
TPAN does not utilize tracking cookies to record pages visited.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety.

To ensure the privacy of individuals, organizations, foundations and corporations, constituent information will be released only after consent is obtained from the constituent. However, non-personally identifiable information may be provided to other parties for the purposes of advancing the organization through resource development efforts that require constituent information to develop strategies and present gift proposals.
