TPAN's MPOWER program (Manifesting Positive Outcomes through Wellness, Education, and Recovery) is looking for Black, same-gender-loving males, ages 25-45, who are interested in building community and supporting each other in a judgment-free and safe space. Through the program, participants will share their knowledge and life experiences and talk about topics that have a direct impact on their lives.
By enrolling in the program, participants receive:
- Dinner and CTA transportation during a group-level support group.
- An all-expenses-paid weekend health retreat.
- Free HIV and hepatitis C testing.
- Free individual therapy.
- Free condoms and lube.
- Referrals for medical care, including PrEP medication, if requested.
A $35 gift card will be given to those who graduate, and another $35 at the 6-month follow-up.
