Beginning on February 12, TPAN is located at a temporary location while our offices are renovated. You can find us at 1026 W. Lawrence, Chicago, IL 60640. We anticipate being at the temporary location through August 2024.
You may have heard that later this year, TPAN will open Chicago's first HIV medical home to deliver expanded services for people living with and vulnerable to HIV. These services will include onsite medical and dental care, a food pantry, a pharmacy, and more. We will roll out these enhanced services over the next 18 months.
Don't worry! Our mailing address remains unchanged:5537 N. Broadway, Chicago 60640. However, if you need to visit in person, come to our temporary address: 1026 W. Lawrence, Chicago, IL 60640.
