limited ON-SITE CARE & REMOTE SERVICES CONTINUE.

Updated November 13, 2020

Since the COVID-19 crisis began, TPAN has never wavered in our commitment to serve our clients and help keep our community safe. Throughout the state-wide shutdown, our providers have delivered telehealth and remote services to hundreds of Chicagoans. For our clients and community members living with or affected by HIV, we place your well-being, safety, and quality of care above all else.

In June, TPAN proudly re-opened our doors to return to limited onsite services that are phased and incremental, with new ways of scheduling care and safely navigating your visit. We are offering the following services for current clients:

In-person Housing Navigation and Medical Case Management programs are available by appointment only. Remote services for these programs will continue to be offered as well.

HIV testing, HCV testing, and PrEP consultation services are available and onsite at TPAN and offered on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS from 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, call JOSHUA at (773) 989-9400 x269

The HART program (syringe exchange) is now available onsite at TPAN. These services are offered on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS from 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM. This is a walk-in service and you do not need an appointment beforehand.

Services in our Tea Room Youth Center have been significantly adapted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Youth may drop by The Tea Room and select from a menu of items, goods, and services. Drop by on WEDNESDAYS from 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM. No appointment is needed.

TEAM, our treatment education program, will be delivered virtually, learn more about how to register for our next cohort HERE.

Positively Aging, our program for older adults, will be delivered virtually. Learn more about this program and how to register HERE.

Mental Health Services will continue to serve clients remotely. Learn more about these services HERE.

***Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, when you arrive at TPAN for any services please be prepared to go through a brief Wellness Screening before entering the building.***

WE STAND WITH YOU.

TPAN extends our solidarity and support to all community members who are struggling at this time. As an agency, we stand with our Black and Brown staff, clients, and community while our nation calls for justice and the dismantling of systems that privilege some and harm people of color. The cruel murder of George Floyd has outraged us and galvanized our determination to be part of change, healing, and a new future. COVID-19 has also laid bare the disparities and systemic failings of so many social support systems. We continue to serve in challenging times when our mission is more important than ever.

Whether you are a client, advocate, supporter, or community member, we reaffirm our commitment to you and all lives affected by HIV.
